The Word and PDF files have many uses. They cannot be used as substitutes of each other in daily lives. PDF files are read-only files, and thus restrict the users to edit anything or adding new information. So, it becomes crucial to convert files from PDF to Word so as to edit them freely and reuse information in those files.
PDF files are an attractive means of sharing information, because nobody can make any changes to the PDF files without special efforts. Also, the regular computer and internet users use PDFs because it is safer to attach PDFs to their emails. The writers use PDF to upload their eBooks on the net, because it reduces the fear of editing in any content. However, PDF files cannot replace the Word docs totally. Now, there might be a question in the minds of the people - What is the need of creating PDF files when they are non-editable and have to be converted to Word? Well, PDF files provide many benefits. Firstly, they look very sophisticated as compared to other files. Secondly, they are versatile and are compatible with different operating systems. They do not get corrupt as a result of small technical problems. They can store a large amount of information even when their size is small, because they are compact as compared to Word files. However, when there is a need to edit PDFs, PDF conversion software is the main requirement.
